Purpose

AI powered translation exists to make Easy Read production fast and affordable enough for routine organisational use. It enables organisations to provide Easy Read for everyday documents — letters, announcements, schedules, policies, plans — rather than reserving Easy Read only for high-priority publications due to cost and time constraints.

Scope

AI powered translation is applicable to any organisation needing to produce Easy Read at volume or speed. It is most effective for standard informational documents with clear, factual content. For highly complex, legal, or clinically sensitive documents, human review of AI-produced output is particularly important.
